Installation
1. Should pay attention to the direct rigidity contact between the
wooden panel, and aluminum keel on the wall. The wall
of the contact point should use mass loaded vinyl as gasket, in
order to avoid so called "sound bridge" and reduce the
amount of noise.
2. Often at the top lighting, exhaust fans, smoke detectors or air
conditioning duct and other facilities, in such case, noise
processing to be done at the top of each component, while the fan
duct, air conditioning duct do pipe muffler process.
3. If the use of insulation material required, and pay attention to
handling sheet metal and insulation blankets installed with seam.
4. Try to avoid sound leakage phenomenon if there is electrical
wiring.
5. Projects with high sound insulation requirements must be treated
with the room-in-room sound treatment program, which
involves the sound insulation board.
